FastCPSTest provides free online tools for measuring click speed, reaction time, aim accuracy, and other mouse and keyboard performance metrics. You may use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.

• Use automated tools, scripts, or software (including auto-clickers) to artificially inflate test scores.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that test results are 100 percent accurate. Mouse polling rate estimates, in particular, are approximations and should not be relied upon for precise measurements.

We do not warrant that the Site will meet your specific requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices and browsers. You use the Site at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastCPSTest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Site. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for any injury or health issues that may result from using our tools, including repetitive strain injuries from rapid clicking. If you experience pain, numbness, or discomfort while using our CPS test or other clicking tools, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, SVG rank badges, tool designs, and software code, is the property of FastCPSTest and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish our content without prior written permission.

You may share links to our Site and tools. You may not embed our tools in other websites or present our content as your own.

5. Advertising

Our Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or the products and services they promote. Your test scores, best scores, attempt history, and preferences are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss if you clear your browser data, use private/incognito mode, or switch browsers. We do not back up or restore locally stored data.

9. Health Warning

Rapid and repeated clicking can cause muscle strain, fatigue, and repetitive strain injuries (RSI). Our tools are designed for short, occasional use. If you experience any pain, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in your hands, wrists, arms, or shoulders while using our tools, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Do not use our CPS test or other clicking tools for extended periods. Take regular breaks — at least 5 minutes every 15 minutes of use.

By using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this health warning, and you assume all risk associated with using our tools.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
