CPS Rank System
Every CPS score earns a rank from Iron to Apex. Here is the complete breakdown of all tiers, thresholds, and percentiles.
Iron
0 to 3 CPS
Est. bottom 10%
Just starting out — everyone begins here.
Bronze
3 to 5 CPS
Est. 10–30%
Getting the hang of it.
Silver

Est. 30–55%
Above average for casual users.
Gold
7 to 9 CPS
Est. 55–75%
Solid clicking speed.
Platinum
9 to 11 CPS
Est. 75–87%
Very fast clicker.
Diamond

Est. top 1%
The absolute peak of clicking speed.
How Ranks Work
Each rank covers a range of CPS scores. Below the Apex tier, each rank is divided into three divisions: III (lowest), II (middle), and I (highest). As your CPS improves within a tier, you progress through the divisions. When you exceed the tier's maximum CPS, you advance to the next tier.
For example, if your CPS is 8.5, you fall in the Gold tier (7 to 9 CPS range). Within Gold, you are in division II (the middle third of the range). To reach Gold I, you need to hit approximately 8.33 CPS. To reach Platinum, you need to hit 9 CPS.
The progress bar shown after each test tells you how close you are to the next division or tier. This gives you a clear target to work toward and makes improvement feel rewarding.
Percentile Table
The estimated percentiles are based on aggregated, anonymous test data. Your actual percentile may vary depending on the test duration, your clicking technique, and your hardware. These percentiles are intended as a rough guide, not a precise ranking.

Tips to Rank Up
- Learn a clicking technique: Jitter or butterfly clicking can add 3 to 6 CPS compared to normal clicking, potentially jumping you up an entire tier.
- Practice consistently: 10 to 15 minutes of daily CPS testing builds muscle memory. Use the history feature to track your progress.
- Use a good mouse: A gaming mouse with light switches can add 1 to 2 CPS. Check our guide to the best mice for high CPS.
- Warm up: Do a few practice runs before going for your best. Cold muscles click slower.
- Try different durations: Your CPS is typically higher on shorter tests. Test on 1-second and 2-second modes for your peak burst speed.
